This top turned dress, is a must make. Burda 7065 was one of  the very first wearable garments that I finished when I first started to sew, 3 years ago. It was one of those moments when I realized I can totally do this sewing thing. The fabric is nothing fancy, just a regular black knit fabric I am sure I picked up from Hancock Fabrics, oh how I miss them. My plan is to make this pattern again using the same technique of extending the top to a fitted dress. I watched a Mimi G Style from YouTube for the details on extending the top.
